charming and convenient stay
excellent location friendly staff comfortable bed free coffee
I found the location excellent. A short walk led to key attractions.. i felt safe during my solo travels. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing an early check-in, which i very much appreciated. the bed was comfortable. It ensured restful nights. the free coffee was a good perk available at all times.
the bathroom door was made of glass, which slightly compromised privacy.

The reception staff were friendly. There was free tea and coffee available. This hotel is near a train station and the city center. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was good.
The bathroom door was transparent, so privacy was limited.

Wonderful Stay Near Grand Place
excellent location friendly staff balcony room
I found the location excellent, within walking distance of the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I received a free upgrade to a balcony roomwith lovely views (it was a real treat!).
The bathroom door was transparent, which reduced privacy a bit.

The lobby provided complimentary tea and coffee for all guests. This was especially welcome after a long day of exploring. The hotel also has a seafood restaurant called Ocean nearby with very affordable prices.

Breakfast was available for EUR 15. I chose a nearby café, but this option gave flexibility. Several excellent cafés, bakeries, and restaurants are located close to the premises.

The staff offered assistance whenever I needed it (always with a smile!). They even stored my luggage post-checkout, thus allowing more city exploration. Check-in went smoothly and quickly.

The location allowed easy access to Grand Place and Midi Station. It took approximately 10 minutes to walk to both. Bus and metro stations are also within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

surprisingly awesome stay!
free coffee clean room kind receptionist perfect location
The free coffee in the lobby was such a nice touch! my room was very clean. I noticed this right away. the receptionist was very kind and helpful. the location is perfect. I walked to the grand place in just seven minutes!
the rooms don't have many amenities. i was a bit dissapointed.

This location provides easy access to many attractions! i found two train stations nearby. They were easy to reach. the downtown area is also very close. i found lots of nearby food options.

I appreciated the free coffee! my room had thick walls, so i did not hear any noise. there was also a safe in the room. the hotel restaurant offers great breakfast options. They did not disappoint.

Adequate Location, Room Issues
The hotel sat near Grand Place and Brussels Zuid, a definite advantage.
The room felt small, and the television did not work. This was disappointing because I wanted a quiet evening.

adequate, but some issues
transparent door limited breakfast
the location proved convenient for getting around (i walked almost everywhere).
the room felt cramped, and the transparent bathroom door offered little privacy. i also noticed hairs on the bed and in the shower upon arrival. the breakfast selection seemed quite limited, especially considering the cost.
